Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Danielle Tompkins, has over ten years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics with proven skills in motivational community nutrition education, acute care Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), hospital and retail food service, and promotion of lifestyle medicine through nutrition education and lifestyle training.
As an alumnus of both The Ohio State University and Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Dietetics, her expertise in the field of nutrition and dietetics has allowed her to pursue her passion for helping others develop and sustain a life of health, wellness, and balance.Her passion for community health and lifestyle medicine has given her past opportunity to pursue humanitarian work with AmeriCorps Children’s Hunger Alliance as she was a lead educator and nutritional trainer for urban communities throughout Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. She has also had the honor of working for multiple diverse cultures and communities throughout the Naples, Florida area during her extensive internship experience to include clinical acute care, functional integrative nutrition, childhood nutrition education and geriatric nutrition.
Danielle is an active member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and is a member of various Dietetics Practices Groups (DPG) within the Academy to include Diabetes, Functional and Integrative Nutrition, and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition DPGs. Danielle believes that a strong community starts with generosity and serving others. You will often find her at her local church, serving as a Worship Leader. Additionally, she volunteers in the community as a Veteran’s advocate and vocalist at local Veteran’s events throughout Naples with the Collier County Veteran’s Counsel, the Southwest Florida Veteran’s Alliance, and the Naples VFW.
Her pride and devotion are to her family: her husband Jordan and two beautiful girls, Moreh (age 9) and Anabelle (age 5). They often find themselves enjoying the beautiful waters of Southwest Florida on their family boat and seeking adventure within the beautiful outdoor community of Naples.With a passion to help others seeking lifestyle balance and lifelong health and wellness, it is her honor and privilege to provide exceptional careto clientele seeking nutritional advice through Core Health Partners.
