Lauren Tremblay, DPT
Lauren Tremblay, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with a passion for helping athletes return to their sport, preventing injuries, and improving her patients’ overall quality of life. As a former Division I softball player at the University of Connecticut, she has firsthand experience with the physical demands of sports and the challenges of injury recovery.
Her interest in physical therapy began at a young age while watching her grandmother undergo extensive physical therapy following a spinal surgery. This, combined with her own experience recovering from knee and hand injuries she sustained while playing high school softball, solidified her dedication to the field.
Lauren earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She is committed to continuing education and holds specialized certifications in running rehabilitation, dry needling, and LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment). She is dedicated to patient education and uses a variety of orthopedic and evidence-based techniques to create an individualized approach for each person she treats.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, listening to live music, and spending time with her dog, Riley, at the park or the beach.
